In the level, there are quite a few tilting Mushrooms. This is the third level in the world, and the first sky-themed level. It has a red-flag exit that unlocks a different path that directly leads to the tower of that world. This is the second level in the world, and the first underground level which introduces Piranha Plants. Peach's Castle is visible in the background for the first portion of the level.
